DJ Boy Wonda's Weekly E-Mix Week 12

What's up everyone, I hope you all had a great week... As we all know, this time of the year gets craazzy!!!! With all the holiday shopping and prepping for the new year, these weekends seem to be the only thing keeping some of us sane!!!! As we wind down the last days of the year, Mary J. Blige is preparing to drop her highly anticipated "Stronger With Each Tear" album just in time to make the perfect gift!! But Mary J. isn't the only major artist to drop an album this week, unfortunately for Lil Wayne and his empire, both his long awaited "Rebirth" album and the "Young Money" compilation album have leaked... Lil Wayne's "Rebirth" album features the track "Drop The World" with Eminem, which is already one of the most talked about collaborations in hip hop history!!! That along with other tracks from artist like Nas, Young Jeezy, Justin Timberlake, Maxwell, Drake, and more is what I mixed up to formulate yet another "Weekly E-Mix", so check em out and enjoy... HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

DJ Boy Wonda's Weekly E-Mix Week 11

I hope all is well with everyone! It's been one hell of week, and let's just say I'M GLAD IT'S THE WEEKEND!!!! Aside from that, we had a HUGE week in music, just as we would expect for this time of the year... Between Chris Brown's "Graffiti" album hitting stores, and Alicia Keys highly anticipated "The Element Of Freedom" album making its way to the internet, the industry has definitely got our full attention... With all this new music out I've compiled another "Weekly E-Mix" which contains a brand new song from Alicia Keys featuring Beyonce, brand new Mary J.Blige, a new leak from Eminem that also features Dr.Dre (this is the 1st song Dr. Dre has actually rapped on in years if I'm not mistaken), I also played a new song from Young Jeezy with Lil Wayne, and Lil Wayne's new single "On Fire" off his "Rebirth" album coming early 2010... So check em out and many more on...

DJ Boy Wonda's Weekly E-Mix Week 10

First of all, I hope you all had a productive week! I can't believe December is here already (we might as well kiss 2009 goodbye)... As we wind down the rest of the year, some of the biggest names in music are slowly but surely releasing their highly anticipated albums... With Chris Brown's long awaited "Graffiti" album slipping through the cracks, the suspense builds up as we await what people may call the "battle of the sexes"... With Rihanna only selling 81,000 units in her 1st week, all we can do now is sit back and see what Chris puts up in his 1st week (this is gonna be very interesting)!!! Aside from Chris Brown's album leaking, Usher has a brand new track floating around that features T.I., Kanye West also leaked an unfinished track from his forthcoming rap album, Beanie Sigel is still going at Jay-Z with yet ANOTHER diss record (that makes like 4 now), Snoop Dogg also decided to leak his "Malice N Wonderland" album which definitely has a couple of classics on it, so check em out and many more on...

DJ Boy Wonda's Weekly E-Mix Week 9

First and foremost, I hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving!!! I want to thank all of you guys for everything you have done for me, whether you've been a friend, a business associate, or just someone who takes the time to read my emails, I'm thankful!!! Aside from all the thanking we've been doing this week, things are still heating up in music... With yet another Jay-Z diss song by Beanie Sigel the beef/battle element is still keeping itself prevalent... For a change of pace I decided to dig in the crates and pull out a rare song that Jay-Z & 50 Cent recorded together for their Reebok shoes back in 2003 (man I wish all these dudes would just work with each other & stop all the b.s.)... On another note, Kanye West is back with some new heat since his MTV Awards debacle (I must say I'm glad to hear him rappin" again), I also played a brand new track from T-Boz of TLC featuring Too Short & Young Joc, new Alicia Keys, new Rihanna featuring Justin Timberlake, and many more on another installment of...

DJ Boy Wonda's Weekly E-Mix Week 7

Happy Friday The 13th (whatever that means, lol)... I hope all is well with everyone! It's been a pretty crazy week in music... We lost 2 of our heavy hitters from the south within days apart... 1st Lil Boosie is sentenced to four years in prison for probation violation, then literally hours after that Gucci Mane is taken away in handcuffs & sentenced to a year in prison for the same damn thing... Terrible!!! While up-north, things are still continuing to heat up as 50 Cent & Beanie Sigel collaborate to put together this monstrous track for Friday The 13th called "I Go Off" where 50 Cent GOES IN on Jay-Z ...and refers to him as a "Pass The Grey Poupon Azz N***A"... Man it's gettin UGLY!!! Aside from that, Jay-Z is back on a brand new track for Robin Thicke's upcoming album, Timbaland also leaked a sneek peek of his new track featuring Keri Hilson, and Chris Brown, I also have some new music from Mary J. Blige, Jim Jones, Young Jeezy, and ironically a track from Gucci Mane called "I'm Goin' In" (ain't that kinda crazy!!), and more... So check em out & enjoy!!!

Dj Boy Wonda's Weekly E-Mix Week 4

It's already that time of the week for my "Weekly E-Mix" (the week definitely went fast but I'm not even mad at the weekend being here so soon)... I hope you all had a good, productive week! Its been crazy out here in New York with all these CMJ events! We've already been blessed with performances by The Clipse, Jadakiss, Raekwon, & Kid Cudi, just to name a few... But CMJ wasn't the only thing to launch this week, after a long hiatus from music Rihanna finally came from behind all the cameras, and scrutiny from the press to get back in the studio to record her latest single "Russian Roulette"... which was produced by Ne-Yo for her upcoming album "Rated R" slated for a Nov.23rd release. I also have new music from artist like 50 Cent, Juelz Santana, Plies, Snoop Dogg, Shakira, and last but not least, Janet Jackson. This is the 1st record Janet's released since the untimely passing of her brother "Michael Jackson", it actually sounds to me like this record was heavily influenced by Michael's old music (which you know we ALL loved)... So check it out & enjoy...
